2 Months

Micah just had his two month check-up at the doctor's office.

We learned that he has continued to grow at a great pace. He is 10lbs 5 oz and in the 50% percentile. All of his systems are good and there continues to be no sign of a heart murmur. Yeah! His tear ducts have cleared up, so no more eye infections. Plus there's no sign of GERD! we'll continue to watch his development and watch out for other issues - but at this point he is VERY healthy.

Before Micah was born we prayed for his health. We prayed that he would have 10 fingers and 10 toes and he would be a joy to our lives and radiate the light of Christ. Down Syndrome was not on our radar - this was not even a consideration in our minds. These days we realize we got everything we asked for, and with a special additional chromosome. Our beautiful healthy baby boy.
