A few days ago Micah turned 1. These past few weeks I've been recalling the events of last year and remembering how quickly our lives changed with Micah's arrival. It's been a crazy journey, but a wonderful ride.
To see this amazing 1 year old, who continues to amaze us and meet every challenge we put in front oh him, is a great reminder of God's blessings to us. It has been a joy to see him grow and develop. It's crazy to realize he's not a baby anymore.
Micah continues to be in the 'typical' ranges for development and on the advanced side of usual DS development. Right now he's cruising and trying to stand on his own (walking will be right around the corner). He's crawling and bear crawling up a storm, look out because he's quick. He loves to climb the stairs and Kyle is his favorite motivator. He's trying to feed himself with a spoon, and making a fun mess at the same time. He's said his first word "dada" and loves to play with toys.
We are truly blessed!
