It's been a while since I posted about Micah. I will be going back a few months, over the next couple of posts, to give some updates...
One thing we have come to learn is that Micah is a Trooper!
Micah had two surgeries, in February & August, and a slew of sinus infections. Finally leading to having his adenoids removed this summer. After surgery on his adenoids, he developed thrush, a complication of his immune deficiency, which was not fun.
When I realize that he has been 'under the weather' for a good part of his life (5 procedures), I am amazed at his strength and his resiliency. When he's sick and doesn't feel well-he can be fussy and tired, but once you get him playing or interested in something, he rises to the challenge. What a trooper!
